“…The Russian market of heat meters is characterized by intense competition. About 150 companies produce heat meters in Russia. As of the start of 2011, over 230 types and modifications of Russian-made heat meters produced by 33 companies were listed in the State Register of Measuring Tools.
The most widespread types of Russian-made heat meters are electromagnetic measuring tools. This type includes ca 29% of all heat meters produced by Russian enterprises. The share of vortex heat meters constitutes ca 29%, the share of ultrasonic ones is 24%, and that of tachometers is 19%...”
